“Hi! I wanted to host a wine event in June, but didn’t want to do the traditional
winemaker dinner formula, I have been doing those for 20 years…..
The concept was to get the Chef, Winemaker and respective teams to get more personal with each guest and really give a different perspective of the wines, the company and the food that we have selected to complement the product.
Every 30 minutes starting at 5pm, we are going to greet 20 guests starting in the lounge for a reception, and then begin a 7 station tour throughout the restaurant with the wine and food pairings. At each station will be a representative from the Niven Family Wine Estates and a member of our Culinary team preparing the actual menu item.”
